Overview
The city of Mexico, Mo. adopted the following codes:
- The International Building Code, 2006 edition. Mexico, Mo. Muni. Code, § 4-1 (adopted with amendments).
- The International Residential Code, 2006 edition. Mexico, Mo. Muni. Code, § 4-2 (adopted with amendments).
- The International Property Maintenance Code, 2006 edition. Mexico, Mo. Muni. Code, § 4-186 (adopted with amendments).
- The International Existing Building Code, 2006 edition (applies to buildings constructed prior to August 27, 2007, in the C-3, business district zone). Mexico, Mo. Muni. Code, § 4-5 (adopted with amendments).
